Nature-led Coaching

Reflective spaces outdoors in Devon and online, supporting individuals and groups to reconnect with their values, clarify direction, and take clear, meaningful next steps.

Coaching with nature

When you pause in nature — feeling the air on your skin or looking across an open landscape — something often shifts. Perspective returns. What matters becomes clearer. Nature offers steadiness and insight.

Whether we are walking outdoors or working online, I bring a nature-informed approach to our conversations — helping you step back, see patterns, and reconnect with what is important.

About Me

I’m a coach, facilitator, educator and advocate for inclusion. Before stepping into nature-connected coaching, I spent over twenty-five years working in international development and education, specialising in gender and inclusion.

My work has taken me across the world, supporting people and organisations to learn, grow, and create meaningful change. I value listening deeply, understanding what matters to people, and witnessing individual and collective transformation.

Services

I work with individuals and small groups navigating change. My clients come from a wide range of backgrounds. In group settings, I specialise in charities, NGOs and community organisations seeking thoughtful space for reflection and direction.

In-person coaching

In-person sessions take place outdoors — often walking or sitting in a natural setting — using the landscape to deepen reflection and perspective

Online coaching

Online sessions take place via video call, making coaching accessible wherever you are based. Nature remains part of the process through reflective prompts and simple practices that invite you to connect with your surroundings.

Group coaching

For small groups, teams and networks who want space to think, reconnect and move forward together. Learning arises from the shared experiences, questions and dynamics within the group, and participants are supported to listen and learn from one another.

Fishers Meadows

A small piece of land in mid Devon, and the heart of my in-person work.

Fishers Meadows is three acres of meadow and wild habitats. Parts of the land are being rewilded to encourage biodiversity and restore natural balance. It is a simple, evolving space — with outdoor seating areas and light-touch infrastructure being developed — designed for small groups and individual reflection.
